Hiring a contractor should be done by asking the contractor for references and then calling to see if the references were happy with the work they performed. The City of Lander also requires licenses for contractors so we can better protect your choice and assure they are bonded or insured. A call to the City of Lander can tell you if the contractor is licensed and bonded.
