Management of Human Resource Services
At the City of Lander, Human Resource Services assumes primary management responsibility for all Human Resource services including law changes, classification, and compensation, recruitment, and selection, employee relations, and benefits administration, as well as the EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and workers' compensation and unemployment benefit correspondence and appeals.
