City Park features a playground, Parks and Rec building, baseball fields, shelters, green space, shade, stage, and camping.
The Lions shelter in City Park has two gas grills and two charcoal pits. With covered seating, grilling area, and counters. There are nine 8 ft tables and one 12 ft table. When this shelter is reserved, it includes the volleyball and horse shoe pits. If you want to use the grills, you will need to contact the Parks and Recreation office at 332-4647 to pay a deposit and a key will be issued.
The Gazebo is located at the front of City Park closest to the playground and the Parks Office Building. It is a covered seating area only. Cooking grills are not available. Electricity is available at the power pole closest to the shelter. There are three 16 foot tables in the shelter.
City Park features tent and RV/auto camping. This is not on a reservation system and it is first come first served. It is free, but donations to our park are encouraged. Services are limited to seasonal restrooms.
