The City of Lander, Wyoming, is soliciting fee schedule proposals for the purpose of selecting Vendors and firms interested in entering into 3-year General Services Contracts for Maintenance and Infrastructure Improvement projects. Projects will be implemented by implementing work or task orders under the General Services Contracts. Task orders will be under $75,000 in value. It is the intention of the City to award multiple contracts in each industry/project type as projects are budgeted and approved by City Council.

Proposals will be accepted for the following industries.
1. Water and Sewer Utility projects - including but not limited to streets, water and sewer utilities, and riverbank projects. All proposals submitted by these trades must be licensed with the City in accordance with the City of Lander Codes.
2. Concrete labor - piece work including but not limited to sidewalks, valley pans, curb and gutter.  All proposals submitted by these trades must be licensed with the City in accordance with the City of Lander Codes.
3. Street Improvement Projects – including but not limited to asphalt and concrete work, small water and sewer utilities. All proposals submitted by these trades must be licensed with the City in accordance with the City of Lander Codes.
4. Building Maintenance projects - including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, HVAC/mechanical, plumbing. All proposals must be submitted by these trades must be licensed with the City in accordance with the City of Lander Codes.
5. Engineering projects - including but not limited to streets, pathways, ADA projects, water and sewer utilities, surveying, Lab testing, streambank projects and NEPA compliance documents.  All proposals submitted by Engineering Firms must have licensed engineers with the City in accordance with the City of Lander Codes.

Proposals shall be submitted by filling out a General Services Contract Proposal Form indicating all the industry items/project types above that the vendor is willing to perform. Fee Schedules shall be attached to the form and will be in effect for the term of the 3-year contract. Proposal forms and a sample General Services Contract are available on the City website www.landerwyoming.org or by calling City Hall (307)332-2870 ext. 2.

Signed and original proposals must be received by Rachelle Fontaine, City Clerk, City of Lander, by 4:00 p.m., Friday February 16, 2024. Proposals with fee schedules can be emailed to rsfossen [at] landerwyoming.org or mailed to City Clerk, 240 Lincoln Street, Lander WY 82520.
