CITY OF LANDER
LINCOLN STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #9002923
The City of Lander, Wyoming invites sealed bids for the Lincoln Street Improvement Project to include
the following:
Lincoln Street Improvement Project includes the replacement or new installation of approximately: 5,300 ft
of 8”-12” PVC water line, associated waterline tees and fittings, 2,025 ft of 8” PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 90
ft of 8” RCP storm sewer pipe with headwalls, 5,050 linear feet of remove and replace asphalt and
miscellaneous construction including curb and gutter, approaches, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and valley
gutter.

on or before 3 p.m. local time on March 20th, 2024, at which time and place all bids will be publicly
opened and read aloud. Each bid shall be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside with
the name of the bidder, and contain the words “LINCOLN STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT”
No bid shall be awarded by the City until such time as the City has had sufficient time to study all bids to
see that said bid will meet the standards as set out in the specifications.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the
total bid. The successful bidder will be required to post performance and payment bonds, each in the
amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. local time, Wednesday, March 13th, 2024,
where people can attend in-person at the City Hall Building, 240 Lincoln Street, Lander, WY.
Submitted bids shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after opening.
The City of Lander reserves the unilateral right to accept or reject any or all bids, make substitutions and
waive informalities and technicalities as will be in the best interest of the City of Lander, and to accept the
bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Lander.

quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside the state”.
In accordance with Wyoming Statute §15-1-113 (p), all bidders are informed of the provisions contained in
Wyoming Statute §15-1-113, which are a part of the contract documents and are incorporated herein by
reference.
