CITY OF LANDER
FURNACE REPLACEMENT FOR LANDER SENIOR CENTER
The City of Lander is requesting bids to remove and replace the existing 7 Furnaces at the Lander Senior Center. Bidder will be required to provide an equipment proposal with the bid package. Bid Specification can be found here.

Signed and original bids must be received by Sarah Edlund, City Clerk, City of Lander, by 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 6, 2020. Bids must be in writing, sealed and clearly marked "Senior Center Furnace Replacement" on the outside of the envelope. Electronic bids will be accepted if received prior to 1:30 pm, Thursday, February 6, 2020. Both electronic and handwritten bids will be opened at Lander City Hall Council Chambers, 240 Lincoln Street, Lander, Wyoming, 82520 at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2020. A bid bond, cashiers check or certified check of 5% must accompany all bids. All bids must be good for 45 days after opening.
The City of Lander reserves the right to waive any or all informalities in the bidding process and the City of Lander reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept the bid which is deemed to be in the best interests of the City of Lander, all by State Statutes.
