Office Hours – The cemetery office is normally operated
by no less than two employees, with hours from 7:30 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Memorial Day – All decorations are allowed for the
Memorial Day recognition and will be left for no more than
five (5) days, at which time the employees will remove all
items for mowing purposes. Since so many of the flowers are
expensive, we suggest that families remove the decorations
before the five day limit and save them for future use. Another
popular way of decorating for Memorial Day is by purchasing
live potted flower arrangements and taking them home after
the desired time so they may be enjoyed throughout the rest
of the summer. Many local florists and yard and garden businesses
around this area make these arrangements up for this purpose
Decorations – Those flowers and decorations used in
conjunction with funerals of current interments are left on
the graves for at least a week or until the fresh flowers
become unsightly. Also, Christmas Wreaths are removed any
time after March 1 as weather permits.
